Shipping Policy
Shipping & Processing Fee
The packing and preparation of your order, along with the transportation costs of our enlisted
courier company, are included in the shipping and processing fee of your order. Once the
products are delivered to you via courier, any damage to the products will be your responsibility.

We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh.
▪ Shipping Method
Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout
page determines how quickly your shipped item(s) is delivered to your doorstep.
▪ Shipping categories
- Standard Shipping (within Bangladesh) : within 3-4 days inside Dhaka metropolitan area, within 4-7 days outside Dhaka metropolitan area.
- Express Shipping (only Dhaka metropolitan area): within 24-48 hours (only Dhaka metropolitan area)

**NOTE:
- For standard shipping within Bangladesh, the cost is for the first 1 (one) kg. Once the weight of order crosses the limit, you will be charged Tk. 40 for each additional kg.
- You will have to pay separate shipping charges for each individual invoice or order.
- For outside Dhaka metropolitan area customer must pay the shipping charge in advance, which is BDT 120.
