▪ Return & Exchange Policies
⚠ No product will be accepted for return or exchange after delivery is completed. All checks must be
done in front of the delivery person.
▪ Discounts Sales
Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any
discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is
applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.
▪ Exchange
Exchanges are only available if your return request meets our listed return conditions. If it does
not, there will be no exchange option.
▪ Return
A product qualifies for return only if one of the following applies:
- Major quality defect
- Damaged during shipment
- Wrong product, size, or color sent
- Product lost in shipment
▪ Strict Rules:
❖Customers must check and confirm the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery (size, color, quantity, condition).
❖ If the product does not match your expectations, if you don’t like it, or if you want to cancel for any reason, you must return it immediately to the delivery person. In this case, you only pay the delivery charge.
❖ Once the delivery is accepted, no complaints, returns, or exchanges will be accepted afterward.
❖Emish will not be held responsible for any issues reported after delivery.
❖For valid returns, we will either reship the correct product (subject to availability) or issue a refund. Refunds may take 7–10 business days.

- In case of return, you are requested to immediately contact our customer care representative in front of the delivery person. Please call +8801886344405. If you cannot reach this number, message us directly on our official Facebook page. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return.
- If Emish Lifestyle mistakenly provides you with a product other than the one you ordered, you will not be required to pay any delivery charges or processing fees. Otherwise, in all other cases, you will have to bear the delivery charges and processing fees.
