Founded in 2023, Emish Lifestyle is dedicated to delivering top-quality fabrics and clothing
products to its customers. Specializing in Menswear, Womenswear, and Kids wear, Emish offers a
diverse range of stylish options for the modern wardrobe. With a focus on the corporate sector, the
brand has carved out a unique space, ensuring that fashion and professionalism go hand in hand.
The purposes of this site are to provide online delivery services to its customers and general
information about the brands. This page outlines the basic rules that govern the use of our site.
Your use of emishlifestyle.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms
listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. Your use of this site
binds you to the following terms:
Emish Lifestyle may revise this agreement at any time; therefore, you should visit this page
periodically to review the terms of your use. Should you have any questions concerning any of our
policies, please contact us.
1. Product Information:
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.). Emish Lifestyle
products displayed on the website may also be available in select Emish Lifestyle stores in
Bangladesh while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise shown online may not be available in
stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices
on the website are Internet-only specials, and may not reflect the pricing of Bangladesh stores.
**NOTE: We currently do not have any outlets or stores. We are operating solely as
an online-based business.
A. Product Quality
Since every Emish Lifestyle product carries the touch of our handicrafts, there may be some
variation between the products displayed on this website and the ones you purchase. However, we
strive to ensure that all products of the same design are as similar as possible.
B. Product Availability
Since our displayed products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, their stock cannot
be replenished or increased. This means that once a product is sold out on this website, it may no
longer be available for viewing. We make every effort to remove sold-out items as quickly as
possible. If you have any questions about the availability of a specific product, please feel free to
contact us between 9 AM and 5 PM Bangladesh time.
C. Color
We display our product images on the website in a way that aims to represent their colors as
accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, laptops, tablets, and
mobile phone displays, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will exactly match the actual
product.
D. Pricing
If the price of any product displayed on this website is shown incorrectly due to an image error,
factual mistake, or technical issue, Emish Lifestyle reserves the right to not provide the product at
the incorrect price or to cancel the order. All Emish Lifestyle products are subject to applicable
taxes and VAT in accordance with Bangladeshi law, which are included in the product price.
E. Payment & Refund
Emish Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order paid successfully or unsuccessfully via your
credit/debit card or mobile banking within 14 working days. If money is deducted from your
credit/debit card or mobile banking and the order is subsequently canceled, Emish LIfestyle will
provide you a refund.
F. Shipping & Processing Fee
The packing and preparation of your order, along with the transportation costs of our enlisted
courier company, are included in the shipping and processing fee of your order. Once the
products are delivered to you via courier, any damage to the products will be your responsibility.

We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh.

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout
page determines how quickly your shipped item(s) is delivered to your doorstep.

**NOTE:
- For standard shipping within Bangladesh, the cost is for the first 1 (one) kg. Once the weight of order crosses the limit, you will be charged Tk. 40 for each additional kg.
- You will have to pay separate shipping charges for each individual invoice or order.
- For outside Dhaka metropolitan area customer must pay the shipping charge in advance, which is BDT 120.
ii. Return & Exchange Policies
▪ Discounts Sales
Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s).
Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange
is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.
▪ Exchange
We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped,
and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you.
▪ Return
We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your
expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated.
We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
❖ Products with major quality defects
❖ Products damaged during shipment
❖ Wrong product, size or color
❖ Product lost in shipment
At the time of product delivery, please make sure to check, inspect, and try the product. If
for any reason the product does not fit you, has any production-related issues, or if we have
sent you the wrong color, return it to the delivery person immediately. Additionally, you
can find the product’s size measurements on the page, so please review them before placing
your order. Emish will not be held responsible for any issues afterward.
For all the successful returns, we will reship the rightful product to you (based on
availability) or issue you a refund. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
**NOTE:
- In case of return you are requested to immediately contact our customer care representative in front of the delivery person. In these scenario, please try to contact us at 01886-344405. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return.
- If Emish Lifestyle mistakenly provides you with a product other than the one you ordered, you will not be required to pay any delivery charges or processing fees. Otherwise, in all other cases, you will have to bear the delivery charges and processing fees.
2. Inaccuracy Disclaimer
There may occasionally be typographical errors, discrepancies, or partial information regarding
product descriptions, prices, and availability on our website. Emish Lifestyle reserves the right to
make changes at any time without prior notice (even after you have placed an order).
We strive to display updated, accurate, and reliable information on our website at all times.
However, it is possible that incomplete information or typographical errors may occur in the
descriptions we publish. Such errors are entirely unintentional, and we apologize if they affect
product prices, availability, or your order in any way. Please keep in mind that while we do our
best to provide accurate information, it may not always be correct. We reserve the right to correct
any mistakes or update product information at any time without prior notice.
